Went to Revere Urgent Care in Lehi. I was seen by the NP within 10 minutes of getting in. Staff was very kind and patient with me. Highly recommend if you need to see a healthcare provider immediately. Super friendly staff, clean office, and most importantly a doctor that cared. Examinations for women to examine elements of their reproductive health including breast exams, pelvic exams, Pap smears, UTI testing, birth control, menopause management, etc.
Our providers offer care and will work with our patients to come up with a treatment plan for recurring skin conditions. Our staff also preforms mole and skin biopsies, wart removals, and acne.
Our family medicine providers are trained to provide general healthcare to all the members of a family, including newborns and infants during well-child checks. Our physicians also address chronic conditions of pulmonary, cardiac, or thyroid variety.
David Kimball, DO, specializes in family medicine and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. Dr. Kimball received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from Touro University in Las Vegas, NV. He completed his residency at Idaho State University.
Dr. Kimball decided to practice medicine because he loves helping people take control of their own health through healthy lifestyles. During his residency in a rural community, Dr. Kimball spent hundreds of hours running emergency rooms and is experienced in treating all types of acute care. As an osteopathic physician with prior training as a chiropractor, Dr. Kimball can provide unique insights and services in musculoskeletal ailments.
Jesse Ballard, NP-C obtained a Bachelor of Science in nursing at Dixie State University and a Master of Science –Family Nurse Practitioner at Chamberlain University. During his master’s degree, Jesse completed clinical rotations in the Quail Run Clinic, the Spokane Valley Clinic, and the Liberty Lake Pediatrics Clinic, gaining experience in family practice medicine, sports medicine, joint injections, and pediatrics.
Spencer Laulusa, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Spencer Laulusa, PA-C obtained a Bachelor of Science in exercise science at Brigham Young University and a Master of Science – Physician Assistant Studies at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. He specializes in family medicine and speaks fluent English and Spanish.
Brooke Draper, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Brooke earned her Bachelors of Nursing from Utah Valley University and her Masters of Nursing through United States University. Brooke has experience treating patients in diverse medical settings including assisted living clinics, home health, and cardiac rehab. Through her work with infants, children, adults, and the elderly, she has gained a unique skill set in family medicine that allows her to care for patients with different backgrounds.
Samantha Greene, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Samantha M. Greene, PA-C obtained a Bachelor of Science in biology at the University of North Carolina Wilmington and a Master of Medical Science in physician assistant studies at the Lincoln Memorial University – DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. Samantha has unique skills in surgery, suturing, and wound care. She is board certified with the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants.

Carissa Earl, PA-C obtained a Bachelor of Science at Brigham Young University and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio, Texas. She is board certified with the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and specializes in family medicine.

Katelyn Perry, PA
Physician Assistant
Katelyn Perry, PA, graduated from Brigham Young University with her Bachelor’s in Physiology and Developmental Biology. She also earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions. During her undergraduate training, Katelyn worked as an EMT for BYU’s Emergency Medical Services.
Nathaniel Burgi, PA-C
Physician Assistant
Nathaniel earned his Bachelor of Science in Advanced Radiologic Sciences from Weber State University and earned his Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Utah. Nathaniel has gained valuable skills throughout his extensive medical career, and he has experience in X-ray imaging diagnostics, telehealth consultations, splinting, casting, suturing, knee and shoulder injections, and preventative care procedures.
