At Revere Health Salem Sports Fitness and Physical Therapy center, our physical therapists are licensed professionals who work closely with physicians and surgeons to help our patients achieve their individual health goals. Creating a tailored treatment plan, our therapists specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, back and neck care, upper extremity and hand therapy, sports acceleration, geriatric strengthening and cardiac conditioning.

Our Physical Therapists
Brad Mangum, MSPT, OCS, CHT, ATC obtained a Bachelor of Science in physical education with an emphasis in athletic training at Brigham Young University and later received a Master of Science in physical therapy at the University of Indianapolis, Krannert School of Physical Therapy. Brad is board certified with the Hand Therapy Certification Commission and the American Board of Physical Therapy.

Alex Moore, DPT
Sports Fitness and Physical Therapy
Alex Moore, DPT completed his Bachelor of Science with an emphasis in exercise science at Utah Valley University and then went on to complete his Doctor of Physical Therapy at the Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.
Physical therapy is especially gratifying to Alex Moore because of the opportunity it offers him to help people accomplish goals they originally thought to be impossible. treatments.
Ian Blatter, DPT
Sports Fitness and Physical Therapy
Ian Blatter, DPT received his bachelor’s degree in exercise science at Brigham Young University. His love for rehab and helping patients to achieve their goals encouraged him to go on and complete his doctorate degree in physical therapy from the University of Utah.
Ian spent the following ten years in Utah Valley working primarily with outpatient specialties including outpatient orthopedics, hand therapy, surgical spine rehab, work and auto-related injuries and geriatrics.
